Jes Pearce made compost her specialty while at the GrowBiointensive Research Farm in Willits. Since moving to Ridgewood Ranch, Jes and Keith have hosted workshops on the Johnson-Su method of composting, acquired a vermi-culture system, built a static aerated compost system, and continued to develop their own systems. The workshop will give you a quick dip into the variety of small-scale, on-farm composting methods available.
