Instructor:  Takashi Yogi

Learn essential skills for creating a “caring culture” in your farm, workplace or home.  Practice basic approaches to handling conflictive situations.  In this class, Takashi introduces the premises and methods of non-violent communication for all.

Description

Communication skills are essential to running a farm business like any other business or organization.  But they don’t necessarily come naturally.  We need pointers and reminders and specific approaches to dealing with others on an everyday basis and in conflictive situations.  Learn from Takashi how to apply one special set of skills to your interactions with others.
