Everyday, in our food and drink, we can include tonic, nutritive and adaptogenic herbs that can help us to stay well. We will discuss these herbs, do some hands-on preparations, as well as some taste-tests.
The class will also include a discussion of bioregional herbalism, and how to choose which plants to include in your garden.

Participants in this two-day workshop will gain valuable knowledge of the uses and applications of common local plants that can be safely administered in minor first aid for both humans and animals.
