Everything you need to know about our local Food Policy Council
What is a Food Policy Council?
A Food Policy Council (FPC) includes representatives and stakeholders from across our local food system. The term “food system” describes all activities involved in producing, processing, transporting, storing, selling, marketing, and eating food.
When are the meetings?
Meetings occur the last Thursday of every other month. March 26th was our most recent meeting. Please take our survey to provide feedback on when meeting times would work best for you.
Where are the meetings?
Meetings will rotate at various locations throughout the county and are held HYBRID. Please register and follow us to be kept up to date on location updates. If you have any suggestions on location ideas, please provide details in our survey. Thank you!
