Instructor’s Bio: Patricia Vargas de Gauder is the co-founder and owner of Sun Roots Farm located in Round Valley, CA. Studies include environmentalism, natural farming techniques, clinical herbalism, body systems, and yoga training. She has over 15 years of experience in international farming, plant/food preservation and curing, land restoration, and working with plant medicines. Earth stewardship and health care are rooted in her ancestry of farmers and medicine workers of the Caribbean.
